Overview

Senior Value Analyst

Purpose of the role:
Providing research and analysis support in all aspects of project delivery, to inform the development of value propositions to optimise pricing, reimbursement and market access; fulfilling the role of project leader on selected assigned projects.

 

Your key activities will include:

  • Researching,   understanding   and   interpreting   disease,    therapy    and    healthcare system information, including extensive and complex material; designing structured search strategies.
  • Designing and undertaking literature reviews to gain insight to the clinical, patient-reported and economic burden of disease, plus the HTA and competitor landscape.
  • Developing value propositions and value messages.
  • Writing reports, manuscripts and dossiers to communicate healthcare value messages.
  • Interpreting and distilling commercial and scientific reports into written executive summaries, slide decks and market access tools.
  • Writing elements of proposals as requested.
  • Acting as project leader on selected assigned projects, with support from more experienced members of the Adelphi Values | PROVE practice.

You will demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Ability to produce written documents of high  quality  in terms  of  scientific  content,  style, and grammar, which are focused to meet the needs of the  target  audience  and  our  clients; such documents should be concise where appropriate and require little revision to  be client-ready.
  • Ability to create impactful communication tools and materials such as slide decks.
  • Capability in building complex structured search strategies and understanding of how to explore the results of such searches.
  • Proficiency in a digital environment for information retrieval, management and presentation.

Your background will include:
Qualifications / skills / experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, such as life sciences, health economics or public health- Essential
  • A postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject- Desirable
  • Excellent data analysis skills- Essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Essential
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in healthcare value demonstration- Essential
  • Experience in relevant research techniques, including literature reviews-Essential
  • Understanding of health economics and healthcare policy-Essential
