Job Location: This role will be ideally based in our Bollington Office, just outside Manchester, UK. We are open to discussing flexible options.  

 

The Role

With the continued growth of our market access and healthcare value demonstration activities, we are seeking an individual with a passion and interest in data/database management to join our planning and resourcing team. You will be responsible for updating the project tracking tool with various project details (e.g. timelines, hours, team members) following discussions with the project delivery teams. You will also be producing reports from the data to support senior team members in making resourcing decisions. A positive attitude, great organisational skills, effective communication, and confidence working with data are essential to the role.

 

About you

You may have previous experience in maintaining databases, tracking large amounts of information, in supporting project delivery through timelines maintenance, or in supporting planning/resourcing within a company or team. You will be confident in speaking with a range of team members within a company to gather information, while considering their workload and priorities, and have an interest in learning the bigger picture surrounding the data you will be maintaining. Attention to detail, proactivity, and communication skills will all be valuable competencies for this role.

 

Essential Skills

  • Data/information Project management experience, ideally in an agency or consultancy background
  • Computer literate and familiar with working with online planning tools to track information and data
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint

 Preferable Skills

  • Experience in using an online project management tool/resourcing tool
  • Development and provision of reports to senior team members
