Job Location: This role will be ideally based in our Bollington Office. We are open to discussing flexible options.
We’re looking to add to our Value, Insights and Communications team with the addition of an Associate Value Consultant. You will be motivated to understand and communicate the value of healthcare. Within this role you will be creating and delivering solutions for clients that inform the development of value propositions and communications to optimize pricing, reimbursement, and market access. You will work in collaboration with the analyst team and with support from the senior directors, You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, ensuring a high quality deliverables are produces and mentoring and managing analysts.
You will be able to demonstrate broad experience of market access, health economics, healthcare policy, literature research, and evidence evaluation. You will have an in-depth understanding of the perspectives and evidence needs of the numerous stakeholders involved in healthcare decision-making. Strong project leadership capabilities, a passion for developing self and others, strategic insight and a creative mindset are essential – as is an appetite for working hard and having fun.
