We are seeking an experienced, commercially savvy agency communication professional with a proven ability to lead scientific teams, oversee complex project delivery and build strong client relationships. This is a full-time senior role offering line management responsibilities and wider business influence, based at our global head office in Cheshire, with flexible options for remote working. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Scientific leadership of account teams, overseeing delivery of large programmes of work in accordance with individual project briefs and overall account priorities
• Work collaboratively with Program Director and Client Service Director to:
  • Define and implement overall account strategy
  • Drive operational excellence and innovation across 2TN
  • Build influential relationships across the wider Adelphi in Healthcare network, especially digital and creative engagement groups
• Establish long-term client relationships by applying knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the wider Adelphi network to develop communication strategies that address client needs
• Invest in the professional development of scientific colleagues through formal line management, mentoring and provision of constructive feedback of project review
