Adelphi Real World Performance Management & Organizational Environment Manager

 

Adelphi Real World (ARW) is a global consultancy in healthcare.  We collect and interrogate real world data to aid the pharmaceutical industry in understanding the management and treatment of specific diseases. This understanding informs the successful development of pipeline assets and the positioning of inline products. Real world data can also be used to leverage Health Outcomes / Economic argumentation through statistically validated publications.

 

The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward-thinking Talent Performance Manager to join our team to drive a culture of high performance across ARW, and ensure we have a strong pipeline of well-developed internal successors who will deliver our strategic ambitions, live our values and be highly engaged.

Working with the Head of Talent, Development & Resourcing to manage and bring equity to our Performance Management systems including identifying/creating supportive materials. To drive integrating our company values across the business help implementing DEI initiatives. To excel in this role, you will have a proven, relevant, progressive experience and a passion for these given areas.

 

This role will require someone with self-drive and flexibility to develop the role to its optimum.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage the talent & performance cycle activity and develop supporting materials
  • Collaborate with TDR ensure we develop line manager capability to create a culture of regular and quality performance and career conversations.
  • To contribute and operationally support our internal Company Values team, and drive agreed initiatives to further improve/integrate our Values across ARW
  • Manage and drive ARW DEI initiatives with collaboration with the TDR team
  • Bring outside experiences, insights and research into specialist domains of Talent, Performance & Organizational Environment
  • Proactively seek new ways to drive improvement into the TDR approaches, drive simplicity and automation where possible.
  • Although the above list of responsibilities is the key focus, your will be required to undertake other duties within the Talent, Development & Resourcing team

The Person:

  • BA/BSc degree (HR, business) advantageous but not essential
  • 5+ years relevant experience essential
  • Creative, innovative and great communication skills essential
  • Experience in creating visuals and presenting to teams essential
  • Highly analytical with attention to detail
  • Proactive and highly self-motivating approach to work
  • Excellent IT knowledge, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
